                蒜蓉粉丝蒸鲍鱼
                主料:
                鲍鱼200g
                辅料:
                粉丝50g、料酒20ml、生抽10ml、蚝油10g、蒜蓉50g、葱花30g

                步骤:
                1鲍鱼洗净,取出鲍鱼肉,把粘连鲍鱼的内脏去除。鱼肉上开花刀,用料酒腌制15分钟鲍鱼壳洗净」备用。
                2碗中加入蒜末,生抽,蚝油,盐,饮用水调成鲍鱼汁
